Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar’s news is now the talk of the town. Everyday new angle and the new story for Tanushree Dutta’s case come up. As per reports, Nana Patekar denies all the allegations against him and says that the allegations are false.
As per ANI report, “Nana denied the allegations made against him by Tanushree. Now, Nana Patekar’s lawyer has responded to the notice sent by State Women Commissions that was issued after Tanushree filed a complaint.” Aniket Nikam, lawyer of Nana Patekar stated that “All allegations against him are false and far from the truth.”
We all know that in 2008, the incident took place when Tanushree Dutta was shooting for the item song in the movie Horn OK Please. She was harassed by actor Nana Patekar and dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya during shooting time. Even Tanushree Dutta’s car was attacked in 2008 and the video went viral.
A few months back, actor Nana Patekar made a one line statement in front of Mirror Now. He stated, “What can I do about it? Tell me? How would I know? What does she mean by sexual harassment? There are 50–100 people on the sets with me. Will see what I can do legally.”
According to ANI, Nana’s lawyer Rajendra Shirodkar stated that “In process of sending legal notice to Tanushree Dutta as she has made false allegations and has spoken untruth. We will send the notice which will be basically a notice seeking apology for her statements making allegations.”
An FIR has been filed levelling charges against all the accused and the Maharashtra State Commission for Women sent the notice to all the accused. The notice was sent out on 9th October 2018. Samee Siddiqui and Nana Patekar recently replied back to the commission’s notice and denied all the allegations.
