Finally, the year is about to end. 2021 has indeed taught us many things, it has been a roller coaster ride for each one of us. The covid-19 pandemic and losing loved ones have taken a massive toll on both our physical and mental health.
Actress Sehnooor who was working during the pandemic phase for her upcoming Bollywood debut has shared her views on what 2021 taught her personally as a human being and what is her main motto for 2022.
Sharing that the actress says, ‘2021 has personally not been that easy as a human being, staying away from family alone here has been very challenging. But what I learned this year is to make yourself your priority, to work on yourself more than letting others work on you. You are your own teacher is what I believe in. And personally, I am going to make sure then in the coming year I work more on myself physically and mentally so that I can be a better person. I wish the year brings out lots of love, peace, and harmony within me and each one of us around the world and we make a better world and better place to live in after such a drastic downfall.’
Mental health indeed plays a very vital role in each one of our lives and we all should at least give a few minutes of our day to focus on our mental peace.
Sehnooor who was last seen in Badan Pe Sitare2 alongside Asim Riyaz is all set to pave her way in Bollywood with Pawan Singh in Prapanch web series. The actress has two music videos under her kitty which will be announced soon.
