Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan, a social media phenomenon, was one of the most popular competitors in the controversial reality program Bigg Boss OTT 2. However, he fell short of the required number of votes and finished as the first runner-up, with Elvish Yadav taking home the award. However, as the winner was interacting with the media, Abhishek was brought to the hospital because he felt ill.
Abhishek became ill and was taken to the hospital a day before the grand finale, hence he was unable to perform at the huge event.
On Monday, Abhishek Malhan’s condition deteriorated before of the show’s finale, and he was brought outside the Bigg Boss house for treatment. He was also unable to perform in the finale and returned to the house just in the middle of it.
Before the Bigg Boss OTT 2 finale, Abhishek’s sister Prerna sent a health update on social media. She notified her brother’s admirers that he would be unable to appear at the finale. She encouraged his followers to pray for his quick recovery.
He was released from the hospital for a few hours so that he could attend the finale, but as soon as it concluded, he missed the festivities and returned to the hospital to be treated.
Following the program’s conclusion, Abhishek turned to Instagram to post his first video as the performance came to a finish, and thanked his followers for their support.
He remarked in the video that while he did not win the award, he is overwhelmed with affection. “I swear to God, I do not believe I deserve this.” “I’d like to thank everyone,” he remarked.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 arose simply because of its short length for Abhishek Malhan. He said before attending the show that he was first approached for the TV show. Given its lengthy history, he stated that he couldn’t let his channel go dormant and hence opted to decline. “Bigg Boss OTT was only for a few weeks, and I thought I could shoot a bank and go do something different.” But I wasn’t that excited until the producers informed me it was going to be larger than before, and when they announced Salman Khan as the presenter, I simply leaped and said yes,” he explained.
