“Being a part of Shivaji Maharaj’s film was great as I got to show my love for Shivraj.” says actress Dipti Dhotre about her recently released film Sher Shivraj

Shershivraaj is the fourth edition film which is helmed by Digpal Lanjekar’s over Shivraj Ashtak. “Sher Shivraj” is the story of Shivaji Maharaj’s victory over Afzal Khan and the victory of the Maratha army in the battle of Pratapgad. In the past, the Sawant family was known in the Konkan region. Describing her experience, the actress says, “I am also involved in presenting the history of Shivaraya on the big screen. Being a part of Shivaji Maharaj’s film was great as I got to show my love for Shivraj. This is a moment of great pride for me. I had to speak Konkani to express my personality. I enlisted it with the help of Digpal Sir. I am happy that people like my work.” Exclaimed the actress

Along with Deepti, the film also stars Digpal Lanjekar, Chinmay Mandlekar, Mukesh Rishi, Ajay Purkar, Mrinmayi Deshpande, Mrinal Kulkarni.
