Amir Khan was most recently seen in Laal Singh Chadda, in which he co-starred with Kareena Kapoor. The film’s songs were well received by the crowd, but the film failed to live up to its expectations or hype.
Mr. Perfectionist took a sabbatical from acting after this film, but according to reports, he is preparing to return to the big screen. He has now announced his participation in a future film produced by his own business, Aamir Khan Productions.
According to a report, the actor will make his big screen comeback with a Christmas 2024 picture. It will, of course, star Aamir Khan and be produced by his own production company, Aamir Khan Productions. So far, the release date has been planned for December 20, 2024. The film is now under pre-production, and it will go into production on January 20, 2024. So yet, nothing more has been released about the picture.
According to reports, it would also compete with other 2024 Christmas blockbusters by Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan! If the idea comes to fruition, Aamir’s film would be released with the much-anticipated sequel to Akshay Kumar’s Welcome.
According to speculation, the third chapter of Aamir Khan’s Welcome To The Jungle series would star Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, and Jacqueline Fernandez. There is also speculation that Akshay may reunite with Raveena Tandon for the project.
Aside from Welcome To The Jungle, reports say Salman Khan may save Christmas 2024 for another action-packed entertainment. This time, he may work with Karan Johar on an unnamed film directed by Vishnu Vardhan. However, no formal statements have been made about this project.
Following the failure of Laal Singh Chaddha, rumors grew that Aamir had retired from acting. However, Aamir cleared the air at another event, explaining that he is not shooting any films because he wants to spend time with his family, adding, “I’m feeling good about it because that’s what I want to do right now. I’ll do a film when I’m emotionally ready, for sure.”
