Jawan, directed by Atlee Kumar and co-starring Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Dutt, and others, is slated to be released in theaters on September 7, 2023. The picture is generating a lot of hype, and that will only increase when the actor takes on the responsibility of actively promoting it.
Jawan is poised to have the broadest release for a Hindi-language film in India, and theater bookings are brisk. Last week, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, approved a request from the Delhi Police for a public holiday from the 8th to the 10th of September in Delhi, causing many to fear that movie theaters would also be closed.
However, Atlee’s cinematic offering is strategically positioned to capitalize on the approaching vacations in Delhi that coincide with the G20 conference, laying the groundwork for a potentially profitable enterprise. As the exciting weekend progresses, the majority of cinemas are expected to see an increase in commercial activity, increasing traffic and income. Surprisingly, this cinematic venture will face relatively minor hurdles, with just four cinemas due to close temporarily.
According to our sources, the public holiday from September 8th to September 10th will be a blessing rather than a curse for Jawan. A source in the film industry has revealed that Jawan will be released at all theaters in Delhi on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of September, with the exception of THESE four:
1) PVR Chanakyapuri (3 theaters)
2) PVR Plaza (1 Theater)
3) PVR Rivoli (1 theater)
4) INOX Odean (1 theater)
According to reports, only the theaters in Chanakyapuri and Connaught Place will be closed due to the G-20 meeting, while other theaters will most likely remain open. With Janmashtami on the first day and the G-20 Summit in Delhi taking care of the regular weekend, Jawan will have four days to complete its tasks. Only these four movie theaters will most likely be closed, while other theaters will be showing Jawan.
