She also expressed her misgivings, saying that she lives by the adage “If you’re the smartest person in the room, you should probably move.” She said, “I only regret things I didn’t do, not things I did! I believe it’s crucial to at least try since you can either lose something or get everything.
In addition, she said, “We can’t disguise what and who we are as Bigg Boss contestants. Everything is understood by the audience. Since only one of us will prevail, we must make an effort to do our best.
At the tender age of 17, Pooja made her screen debut in her father’s 1989 movie Daddy. In the years that followed, she contributed to numerous movies, including Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin, Sadak, Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee, Jaanam, Junoon, Sir, Guneghar, Zakhm, and Border. She made her directing debut in the early 2000s with Paap, which was followed by movies like Dhokha, Holiday, Jism 2 and Kajraare.
