From being chased by fans to cops and paparazzi, Raj Kundra has emerged as one of the most chased celebrities in the tinsel town. Now, Bigg Boss 16 makers are also chasing him for obvious reasons.
For the unversed, Shilpa Shetty’s entrepreneur husband was arrested last year by the Mumbai Crime Branch in a pornographic-related case. Kundra was reportedly accused of running a porn film racket and he even spent a couple of months in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. Since then he has even kept a low profile.
While Kundra is trying to get his life back on track, the filmmaker has finally made a comeback on Twitter. He shared a rather cryptic tweet, where he marked his 1-year anniversary of being released from Arthur Road Jail and how the truth would be soon revealed.
Coming back to the rumours of him being chased by Bigg Boss 16 makers, “Raj Kundra is in talks with the makers. He has asked for Rs 30 crores for the whole season. It is a huge amount. He has set a minimum of Rs 20 crores as his fee. Also, he wants to have a long inning on the show,” a source was quoted as saying by BollywoodLife.
Interestingly, the source has revealed that Raj Kundra would be donating his fee to an NGO, and he does not wish to take any money for the show. The latest report also maintained that both Shilpa Shetty and he have sufficient assets.
Well, his appearance on Bigg Boss 16 could possibly change people’s perspective around his image in a positive way.
Furthermore, the source has also shared that Kundra has been unfairly trolled post the porn scandal and sadly his loved one were also dragged in the same. If he decides to take up the show, it would feature another side of his personality.
Previously, Shilpa Shetty and Shamita Shetty have done Bigg Boss.
Now, it remains to be seen if the makers are willing to shell out such a high fee to rope Raj Kundra on the 16th edition of the show
