COVID has struck Bollywood hard this time; earlier, Prithviraj actor Akshay Kumar stated on social media that he had tested positive for COVID -19, and soon after, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actor Kartik Aaryan announced his COVID results on social media as well. Aditya Roy Kapur also tested positive because of which his upcoming film ‘Om’s promotional schedule has been disrupted. According to the latest reports, actress Katrina Kaif and Bollywood Badshah Shahrukh Khan have now tested positive for COVID post KJO’s 50th birthday bash.
Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, two well-known Bollywood actors, have tested positive for COVID. The actress, on the other hand, has fulfilled her quarantine period. The announcement that SRK has contracted the virus follows the positive tests of Hindi cinema actors Kartik Aaryan, Katrina Kaif, and Aditya Roy Kapur. Akshay has only recently recovered from his illness.
Katrina Kaif was reportedly unable to attend the IIFA 2022 event in Abu Dhabi since she was recovering from COVID. Last week, Katrina Kaif was preparing for her forthcoming film Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi. It appears that the actress will have to postpone her preparations for the time being. Her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal, was named best actor for Sardar Udham at the IIFA 2022 ceremony. However, the actress could not attend the event. According to insiders, the actress has completed her quarantine period and has shared the news on her social media accounts. According to sources, actor Vicky Kaushal has also tested positive for COVID.
Due to the unexpected increase in Covid cases, the BMC has advised film studios in Mumbai’s K-West ward not to conduct any lavish parties. For the uninitiated, the two actors attended producer Karan Johar’s 50th birthday event. KJO’s 50th birthday bash has now being reported to have transformed into a COVID hotspot. A source close to Johar, on the other hand, has refuted the rumor. So far, almost 50 people have tested positive for COVID at KJo’s birthday event.
