The actress’s Instagram is complete proof of how much of a fitness-enthusiastic she is as, she often shares her hardcore workout videos on social media which not only inspires all her admirers but also takes a storm over the internet.
Seerat frequently posts videos of her Pilates sessions, where she is seen sweating it out. And now we know the reason behind the sensuous toned body which includes a strong diet. The actress once again took to her social media and dropped a video of herself where she is seen doing a hardcore pilates workout called the Chair. The actress worked diligently towards hardcore sessions of disciplined Pilates. Seerat is seen donning a grey tank-crop top, which has written, ‘Pilates Girl,’ and grey high-waist tights. Keeping her look very simple. Seerat tied up her hair in a high pony, leaving some soft strands. The actress was seen doing her workout along with dumbbells on the special Pilates chair.
Though the workout was quite hardcore with lots of concentration and energy required, Seerat aced it with ease but what grabbed our attention and made us laugh over it was the caption complaining over her trainer saying, “the Chair You know I don’t usually sweat but this circuit was one of a kind
