Sushant Singh Rajput’s death stirred up a sea of emotions amongst people. While some blamed Bollywood’s nepotistic nature for his death, others went on to call it a planned murder orchestrated by his former girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
On Sushant Singh Rajput’s birthday, here are some incidents wherein he hinted towards/faced the unjust nature of Bollywood.
#1 Rajat Kapoor’s remark on Sushant Singh Rajput’s appearance-
Around the time when ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ was releasing, actor Rajat Kapoor made a nasty remark on Sushant’s appearance stating that Dhoni “looks so much better than the actor who plays him”. Sushant who plays the cricketer in the movie was quick to reply saying “I slogged a bit extra on my skills to compensate. If you get interested in that, pls do watch the film sir 🙂 #fact.”

#2 Sushant’s reply to fan who refused to watch his film-
On another occasion, Sushant Singh Rajput made a shocking revelation in his response to a fan’s comment. The fan said that she will not watch his movie because he dies in it. She added “You have the biggest heart in this industry. People like you should always live long.”
To this, Sushant replied “arre but if you don’t watch it then they would throw me out of Bollywood have no Godfather, I’ve made you (all) my Gods and fathers. Watch it at least if you wish I do survive in Bollywood. Much love and Regards.”

#3 Sushant’s interaction with Irrfan Pathan before his death-
Cricketer Irfan Pathan took to his Twitter to pay tribute to Sushant after his death by sharing an anecdote. He said that he had a brief encounter with the ‘Raabta’ actor wherein Irfan had praised Sushant for his work. He tweeted “I’m deeply shocked and saddened to hear about the suicide of #SushantSinghRajput my heart goes out for his family. I chatted with him last at the Taj Hotel Gym, I praised him for his work in Kedarnath & his reply was ‘Bhai please do watch chhichhore’ you will love it!”
